New Year, New You!
It's a new year! At the beginning of a new year, SO many people make resolutions. One of mine this year is to have more confidence. But what good is a resolution without a plan? Otherwise you're doomed to fail!
Let's say I want to have more confidence. I need an ACTION plan, hardset goals like: "I will speak my mind, even if it's scary" or "I will try something new even though I'm comfortable where I'm at". Having an accountability buddy is also helpful!
