Did you know the smell of oranges and more specifically the concentrated Orange Oil inspires abundance, restores energy, and aids in change? When life is feeling "heavy" I will diffuse it. Right now we're building a deck and my daughter (who's 14) does NOT like change. She doesn't want our house to change and she doesn't want to get rid of the swing set because of all the memories we have associated with it. She can be an old soul sometimes. So we're diffusing Orange oil to help her accept what's going on and be happy and carefree in nature about it. Yes, I'm sabotaging her once again with our oils . . . she is aware. ;-)

Orange oil can help you remember your inner child and bring fun and playfulness into your life! (Sometimes adulting is hard.) Try putting Orange oil behind your ears or rub a drop through your hair so the scent stays with you throughout the day. All the citrus oils are photosensitive, so if you're going to the beach, put Orange oil on when you get home.

Orange is a very "giving" and creative scent too!

So if you're feeling scared, nervous, inflexible, like a hoarder or a workaholic who has no humor and wants to punch the boss, try smelling Orange oil. Let go as a child does and live your authentic self! When we're authentic, we're abundant. Share, play, relax!

Emotions addressed: scarcity, over-serious, rigid, dull, workaholism, low energy, discouraged, hording, envy
